Services begin only after written authorization from the regional center. Individuals participate in alignment with their Individual Program Plan (IPP).

Via Home and Community Services is being built as an umbrella, with programs rolled out gradually as our vendorization moves forward across Northern California regional centers. None of the programs below are currently operating. We are pursuing them step by step.

Behavioral Day Program

Day program services for adults referred through a regional center. Currently in vendorization with one regional center, with our first cohort to begin after written authorization.

Early Intervention

Early support for young children, generally under three years old, and their families. We are building this program to come online as our vendorization expands.

ABA across all ages

Applied behavior analysis funded through California regional centers, across age groups. ABA funded through commercial insurance or Medi-Cal is delivered by our parent Behavia Therapy.

Behavior support to group homes

Behavioral Intervention Services (BIS) consultation to support group homes and the staff who serve their residents. Preparing this offering alongside our day program work.

Day programs (broader formats)

Additional day program formats taking shape as our team and partnerships expand across Northern California regional centers.

Support to families with adult children at home

Support for families caring for adult children at home, coordinated through the regional center plan their family member receives.

Preparing to partner with a regional center

We are in the process of vendorization with a regional center, preparing to welcome adults through the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process via Service Coordinators. Our focus will be life skills, independence, and community reintegration, built around each individual's goals.
