ViaHCS is excited to announce the launch of our Behavioral Day Program, a new adult day program serving individuals referred through a regional center. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in building skills, increasing independence, and living meaningful lives in their communities. This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
What you'll do
- Provide direct support to adults with a developmental disability diagnosis in a structured, person-centered day program setting
- Assist individuals in developing and achieving their Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals
- Support daily living skills, communication, and community integration
- Implement behavioral support strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regional center standards
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow individualized support plans and behavioral protocols
- Prior experience in ABA, IDD services, or a day program setting is a plus
- Must meet regional center vendor requirements (background clearance, TB test, etc.)
